Care Guide
1. Light Requirements
Bright, Indirect Sunlight: Place it where it can receive abundant filtered light—perhaps near a south or east-facing window. A few hours of gentle direct sun (especially in the morning or late afternoon) can be beneficial, but avoid harsh midday rays.
2. Watering Schedule
Infrequent & Thorough: During spring and summer, water once every 2–3 weeks, ensuring the soil is completely dry before watering again.
Dormant Season: In fall and winter, cut back watering to once a month or less as the plant enters a rest period.
3. Soil & Potting
Well-Draining Cactus Mix: Use a specialized succulent or cactus blend that includes perlite, pumice, or coarse sand to enhance drainage and prevent root rot.
Small Pot Preference: Keep the plant slightly snug in its container; these cacti prefer being somewhat root-bound.
4. Temperature Range
Warm & Dry: Maintain temperatures between 65°F and 85°F (18°C to 29°C). Shield it from frost and ensure protection if temperatures drop below 50°F (10°C).
5. Fertilizing
Light Feeding: During active growth in spring and summer, feed with a balanced, diluted cactus fertilizer once a month. Pause feeding in fall and winter.

Upon receipt of plant – carefully open and remove plant from package. Cacti should be then placed on moist soil (it helps to create an indentation for the roots). Soil mix should be chunky, such as with the use of cactus soil that includes rocks, lyca balls, perlite, sand, and soil. Soil must be well draining. All containers for plants must have drainage holes. Cacti are best watered from the bottom when the top soil has dried out. Keep the soil moist, but not soaking, and never let them sit in standing water.
