Refund and Returns Policy

At The Pioneer Nursery, we take great care in ensuring our plants and products arrive in excellent condition. However, if there is an issue with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns & Eligibility

  • Returns are only accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • Any issues with your product must be reported within 2-3 days of delivery.
  • If the issue is due to damage on arrival, a paid return label will be provided if necessary and a refund will be issued. If not, return shipping is paid by buyer. If a replacement is requested due to damaged item instead, it will be shipped at seller expense.
  • When we receive the returned item, we will issue your refund or send out your replacement.
  • To report an issue, please email thepioneernursery@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and a description of the problem within 24 hours of receipt.

Refunds & Replacements

  • If your plant or product arrives damaged, incorrect, or in poor condition, we can offer a replacement or refund, provided you notify us within 24 hours with supporting photos.
  • Refunds and replacements are issued at our discretion, based on the condition of the product upon arrival.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for issues caused by improper care, extreme weather conditions, or delays caused by shipping carriers. However, all packages are imsured so if an item is damaged by carrier, refunds can be issued and claims filed with carrier service.
  • Live plants must be returned in their original condition if a return is approved.
