Marketplace listings
An “Exact Specimen” listing identifies the individual photographed plant the customer will receive, subject to successful export, import, inspection, and fulfillment. A “Grower’s Choice” listing represents a plant selected to match the stated species, cultivar when applicable, size range, rooting status, quality range, and other listing specifications; example photographs may not show the exact plant received.
Orders and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Plant Import Market collects the customer’s payment as merchant of record. An order is subject to payment authorization, inventory confirmation, plant eligibility, and acceptance into the assigned import batch. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be lawfully or reliably fulfilled.
Import process and timing
International sourcing, import coordination, required documentation, and U.S. inspection are included in the displayed plant price. Domestic shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout. Import and fulfillment dates are estimates and may be affected by grower preparation, phytosanitary documentation, agricultural inspection, customs, carriers, weather, or regulatory action. Delay notices, cancellation options, and refunds will be handled in accordance with the Import & Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Cancellations, refunds, and condition claims
The Cancellation & Refund Policy and Live Plant Condition Guarantee are incorporated into these terms. Change-of-mind cancellation is available until the applicable import ordering window closes. Condition concerns must be reported within 48 hours of recorded domestic delivery with the required photographs.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information, monitor order communications and domestic tracking, comply with applicable local plant restrictions, and provide suitable care after delivery. Account credentials must be kept secure.
Site content
Product photographs, descriptions, grower profiles, graphics, and other website content are provided for marketplace use and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.
Limitation and applicable law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plant Import Market and The Pioneer Nursery are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, refund rights, remedies, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and California law.
